I have a nice double bedroom to let in a clean and comfortable house sharing with 3 easy-going housemates (2 PhD students & a recent graduate). We are looking for a friendly tidy housemate to join us from July (or sooner if preferred). The room would be most suited to a postgraduate/PhD student or professional.

Preferably looking for someone for 6-12 months duration but will consider shorter lets.

£260 per month rent plus bills.

It is a lovely bright room on the ground floor with a large window and patio door facing out onto our secluded rear garden. It is available furnished or unfurnished.

The house is located in the Thorpe Acre area on a pleasant street close to the university campus. It is in a convenient location 15 mins walk to Engineering or to the Student Union. There is:
- Communal living room with 40" TV & DVD player
- Modern kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave etc
- Bathroom with shower & bath
- Large rear garden
- Car parking on quiet street
