Very large room for short or long term let

One room will be available on 27th January in a quiet detached 1920s house. It is a large room decorated blue and white. The bedroom faces onto a very quiet road. It is furnished and carpeted and has xenon double glazing. It contains a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, bed, mirror and lamp. It would suit a single professional either Mon -Fri or all week.
We have no pets and are an easy- going, multi-lingual household of mixed nationalities.
Non smokers only. The house is in a very peaceful area backing onto the bowling green, within 10 minutes walking distance of centre of town and university and on a quiet road with residents parking permits. There is space if needed on the drive for another small car.

Communal kitchen/dining room and lounge. Bath, shower and toilet upstairs. Toilet and sink downstairs. Washing machine, microwave, iron/ironing board and dishwasher for communal use. Free wifi too (of course!).

In summer we have a 14' trampoline and there is scope for garden parties and a barbecue.
