Bicycle storeage available, additionally I have a good quality unisex bicycle free to use for the duration of your stay if needed Just 10 minutes to walk into the town centre through the beautiful Burton Walk and close to the university and colleges, local supermarkets, bus and train and road links. This is a quiet, cheerful, friendly house with all mod cons, bills and council tax included. Deposit to be paid on agreement of room let and rent to be paid a calendar month in advance, on the day of moving in. Contracts from 3 months plus.
