Modern single room with private wet room

Overlooking my large garden this recently built and newly decorated ground floor room is situated in a separate area of the house with a modern wet room next to it. There is use of large modern kitchen and lounge. Holt Dr. is a quiet road within 10mins walk of the University and the town centre and 10mins drive from the M1. This is a friendly, easygoing and busy household with many varied interests which we are frequently out persuing. However we do enjoy the odd shared meal and glass of wine.
