A perfect place to study whilst at university or to walk back from work to.... There is the ability to use a pass for street parking.
Rob will also provide a weekly house clean and tidy to you don't have to !
Both bedrooms include a nice bed and a desk for you to study at.
A SHORT WALK TO UNI
Golden Triangle position is the most convenient place in town
Kitchen has the usual things in it, plus it has a small dishwasher. The washing machine also has a dryer too !
My favourite thing is the Espresso machine!
Great Real Flame gas coal fire, makes this room cosy and warm in winter
Dinning
A great room to be social in and to gather your friends. Dinning table seats 6 and there is plenty of extra storage in the funky furniture.
Bills. I have a gas meter that you will keep topped up and Rob will top up the electricity meter.
I will ad £20 per week extra for couples to cover the extras... so for a couple thats £25 per week to stay.. not bad !
