Two rooms for rent both single rooms. Located 5 minutes walk from town centre and train station also 15 minute walk from the university. All bills are included. Features include 100mb broadband, virgin media in living room, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine, dryer, gas central heating, off street parking. The house is fully furnished throughout. There is a garden with a lockable shed which can be used for storing bikes etc. I am looking for a house mate who is reliable and clean. I work a lot and often out of the house.
