A strict no-smokers policy applies. Do not apply if you are a smoker or vaper even if you only smoke outdoors because the smell comes in.

Absolutely no shellfish or crustaceans - shrimps, crab, lobster, snails, mussels - are permitted into the house due to severe allergic reaction requiring epipen and hospitalisation.

Professionals or academics aged 23+ working a normal 9-5 job only. No students. No shift workers.

Rooms best suit professional adults who are tidy, sociable, considerate and looking for the same from others. Very friendly, kind, quiet respectful house-mates who are either visiting academics, professionals, elite athletes or postgraduates. Strictly quiet time midnight - 6am.

The rent is for the accommodation and does not include a cleaner. Everyone is expected to contribute to cleaning communal areas of the house as required.

Bedding can be provided at an additional cost £50 to cover cleaning costs if required.
