A strict no-smokers policy applies. Do not apply if you are a smoker or vaper even if you only smoke outdoors because the smell comes in.
Absolutely no shellfish or crustaceans - shrimps, crab, lobster, snails, mussels - are permitted into the house due to severe allergic reaction requiring epipen and hospitalisation.
Professionals or academics aged 23+ working a normal 9-5 job only. No students. No shift workers.

Fully-equipped kitchen with all cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. Dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, two fridges, freezer & large cupboard space available for each person.
Shower, sink and toilet upstairs, plus additional toilet/sink downstairs.
