There is also a private rear garden perfect to chill out in the summer months. also included is the FASTEST broadband there is 350MB!

There are 5 LARGE DOUBLES & 1 STUDIO WITH EN-SUITE AND KITCHENETTE. A Downstairs Bathroom & 2 Shower Rooms. All rooms come FULLY FURNISHED with a double or kingsize bed, orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, bedside table, set of drawers and a free-view tv point. We also include soft furnishings which includes.. duvet & pillows with duvet cover, a bedside lamp, curtains, mirror and cushions.

Rate:

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi). There is also a CLEANER that will clean all the communal areas once every 2 weeks!!

Housemates:

This is a professional house share so we can therefore preferably consider working professionals. We are looking for similar like-minded house mates. We will also accept mature post grad students.
