I work closely with Loughborough University accommodation services to ensure I meet their stringent standards to provide….
safe, secure, good quality, & relaxed accommodation in an informal & friendly way.

I live 10mins away from my properties so I can respond to any issues personally.

I do my own house improvement & maintenance so can offer quick fixes without the delay of waiting for a tradesman.

However, if I’m not available, I have tradesmen who also live locally to deal with gas/electrical /other issues in the unlikely event they are needed.

Room prices £100/wk per room inclusive

Deposit: I ask for £200 per person, which will be kept in a Deposit Protection Scheme.

After 6months into your stay, i like to check the house & garden is in order .. eg clean & tidy, rent up to date.. and if so, I will treat everyone to a FREE Beer & Pizza for an evening of your choosing! :)
