The other housemates are women aged 30-36 Ana, Spanish, working at the University. Beatriz, Colombian, A support worker and Shumi, English working part time and studying for a masters Law degree. They are clean! tidy, quiet, easy going, likeable, sociable people.

The living room has a nice leather sofa and armchair.

The house has a brand new central heating boiler. The house has an annual gas safety inspection from a Gas Safe qualified engineer.
