Large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and use of all of our kitchen stuff so no need to buy/ have your own.
Conservatory looking out over large garden with patio area/ outside dining and garage for bike storage. Garage also has table tennis and pool.
On-street parking is through a permit scheme which is £27.50 for 6 months.
Communal areas cleaned once a week by and gardening taken care of.
Inclusive of all bills (council tax, Virgin, electric/ gas, water) - we buy all cleaning stuff and toilet roll so no extra there.
