I am looking for a professional, non smoking, person to share my 3 bedroomed house in Lutterworth. I live in a quiet residential area adjacent to a park. It is a 10 minute walk to the town centre, with frequent buses to Leicester, Hinckley and Rugby. It is convenient for Magna Park and George House being a 10 minute drive away.
Lutterworth is located 15miles south of Leicester and 25 miles east from Coventry via close by motorway links.
The light and spacious first floor doubleroom is fully furnished with a single bed, a good sized wardrobe, desk, chair and Wi Fi.
You will have exclusive use of a downstairs shower and bathroom with hand basin and electric shower.
You will also have shared use of:
-kitchen-diner with all appliances including washing machine and tumble dryer.

-small conservatory
-off street parking.
Rent is payable one month in advance.
