Cleaner once a week and change bed linen
towels. (supplied or bring you own, bed has electric blanket).
Use of the kitchen - microwave, fridge, freezer, cooker etc.
On street parking, but in quiet cul-de-sac.
Bills for gas, electric & water Included.
Quiet, partially secluded, back garden.
No pets, no smokers, no couples and no children please.

Walking distance to town centre, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs etc.
