The room is fully furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes (on private landing), chest of drawers, arm chair and desk. Personal possessions can be left over the weekends. There is a kettle (I'm open to providing further amenities) for your own use. Shared use of kitchen facilities and a beautiful bathroom. Electric, gas, water, council tax, wi-fi, bedroom cleaning and weekly bedding/towel wash is included.

Located 15 minutes from Rugby, with a rail link to Euston, London in 50 minutes and 30 minutes from Leicester city centre and the historic tourist town of Market Harborough, with rail links to St Pancras, London from both locations in 1 hour.

I am an easy going professional and share this family home full time with a quiet Welsh Springer Spaniel and occasionally with my adult children. I work both locally and from home.
