Extra large double room in a large family house.

The room is larger than average. The bathroom next to the room will mainly be for the tenant -occasionally there maybe other guests staying in another spare room that we have. We offer use of the kitchen and garden. The lounge is private however there are numerous times that we will be travelling and at these times the lounge would be available. We have two cats Harrie and Merlin who are very much part of the home. We are musicians and we rehearse during the day on some week days. We are looking for a professional woman who doesn’t work from home. The road is mainly quiet. We are a 10 minute walk from the town centre. 25 mins to the M1 and 15 mins to the A14. Also a 20 min walk to the train station. Please note the house is on the market so we are only offering short term lets.
