We've had students/ professionals stay with us over many years, quite used to sharing space and respecting privacy. Ground floor is offices, daytime home based office recruitment and training business 08.00 am to 18.00hrs Monday to Friday, so not party people during the week!
Parking off street.
We expect you to keep own bed and bathroom clean and tidy as when you moved in, do your own laundry and washing etc, plus to tidy up after using kitchen and laundry areas.
