The bills included within the rent are; council tax, water, WiFi, TV licence gas and electric. Fair use cap on the cost of utilities. The bathroom is shared by 3 as there is one room with an en-suite.

I currently own 4 House Shares on Lathkill St and have managed them as house shares for the last 15years. Tenants in my house shares are often new to the area and are made to feel most welcome by existing tenants. Many of my current tenants have been with me for a number of years.
