Fully furnished room to rent

I have a lovely 3 bed mid terrace house, in a really nice neighbourhood just outside Market Harborough town centre. I am only at the house on Sunday evening to Monday morning so you and the existing house mate will have the run of place for most of the week. I have Sky TV, Wi-Fi and all kitchen mod-cons (washing machine, dishwasher etc). The room available is a double room which has been recently refurbished and will shortly have a brand new double bed, mattress and bedding. I am looking for a quiet life, so no party animals please.
