Room for a female available in newish build house. Two females live in the house one part time one full time.
There are two cats in the house that might need a little looking after from time to time when the owner is away.
The room has a double bed with fitted wardrobes.

House has nice large kitchen, living room, dining room, downstairs toilet. 2 people will be sharing bathroom. Lovely large garden.
