Furnished double room

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room, it's available from the end of March. The room is fully furnished. The cost for the room per month including bills is £380 and deposit of one months rent is required.
The house is a lovely Victorian terrace which have been decorated in the last year. It is 10 minutes walking distance to Market Harborough town and the leisure centre is just 5 minutes up the road.
Downstairs is an open plan lounge and dining area which leads on to a modern kitchen with all facilities. There's also a nice little garden out the back. There's one large bathroom which consists of a large shower and bath.

A bit about me.. I'm a 29 year old female, I'm a self employed beauty therapist my hours vary so sometimes I can work as late as 9pm in the evenings.

In my spare time I like to go to the gym or running and often enter into running competitions.
I'm a fairly laid back person and like to socialise with friends with a glass of wine or 2! I'm looking for someone to share my house with and love it as much as I do. I do however like to keep the house clean and tidy and is looking to for someone who is happy to do there share of the housework.

I also have a little cat called Cosmo, she's a very friendly and loving. But I'm biased so probably a good idea if you like cats!
