Single room available monday to friday, although the odd weekend could be discussed. bed and dressing table/desk is provided, as well as either drawers or a wardrobe in the room. The house is a well decorated two bed terrace with a shared bathroom and a second WC. There is a shared kitchen, dining room and living room. Parking at the front is on the road and can be relatively tight, but there is parking on the unadopted road at the back. I do have a secured private parking space in the garden, but only my car will fit! A motorbike could fit in the space if you have one of these and it should be fine for a bicycle to fit in the shed if you have one of those!

Current occupent -me! - is a professional tidy female, with two pet rats. Anyone looking to rent the room must be happy with these pets being in the house.
