Existing resident is a live-in property owner (male).
Looking for a lodger who is sensibly clean and tidy.
Non-snorers (sorry !)

Sensibly not noisy, e. g. when watching videos, listening to music etc.
Bills included in the rent are internet access, gas, electricity, water, and council tax.

Access to kitchen and lounge/dining area.

Rent is to be paid within 1st week of each calendar month.

Room can be non-furnished or partially furnished - can be discussed.

Spacious bath&shower, adjacent to the bedroom.

Couple is welcome, but this will be 2x rent and 2x deposit.

Student is also welcome.
