Double room with own bathroom in our beautifully modern, newly renovated house. There are currently just two of us in this three bedroom house. We are relaxed, friendly and sociable and therefore would like someone equally easy going.

The house is on a great estate, safe, nice and quiet with lots of green space and yet only about a 10 minute walk into town. Good access to most commuting routes. Parking outside the house isn't an issue as its a small road with many houses having their own driveways.
