There is also a shower room and w/c on the ground floor.
The garden was landscaped recently and is south facing, so plenty of sun.
The rent is £350.00pcm and the deposit is also £350.00. (for full occupation)
No smoking indoors so it is very clean environment. A cleaner visits regularly to ensure that the communal areas are clean and fit for purpose.
The propective tenant can have some say in the furnishing of the room.
