Double & Rooms

Due to long term tenants moving on, I have double bedroom's available on the second floor, overlooking Market Harborough, approx 5 minutes from town center. The rooms are for single occupancy only and
the accommodation has a large fully fitted kitchen/diner/lounge with breakfast bar. Fully furnished with TV and Virgin cable broadband. There are two shower rooms and a separate utility room with washer, drier, sink, third wc and storage. We are looking for one tenant only so there will be a shower room each.
The whole house has been refurbished and is clean and tastefully decorated.
The ground and first floor are occupied and we are looking for a quiet, responsible and respectful tenant who will appreciate the constraints of living in a property with existing family, who are permanent tenants, in the property.
It is a non smoking house. There is on road parking adjacent to the property.
There is a full fire alarm system fitted in the house and a cleaning service is provided for the communal areas.
