Double bedroom available central Market Harborough

I have recently renovated my house in central Market Harborough and now have a double bedroom available. The house is a 5 min walk from the centre of town and the room comes with a king sized bed and some furniture.

I am a 25 yr old land agent and chartered surveyor and work locally, with fairly long hours but I am pretty sociable when not at work!

Ideally looking for a clean, laid back and sociable housemate. You will obviously get full run of the house and facilities. There is a garden at the rear of the house with a large shed for storage and a BBQ etc. The rent includes water, gas, electricity and broadband.

The room is available to move into as soon as you like.
