The property itself is newly built and maintained to an immaculate standard, with a fully equipped modern kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a stylish living room with a piano and comfortable seating.

You will be sharing with just me, as I am the only current occupant of this three-bedroom home. I am tidy, respectful and enjoy a calm, clean environment, so I am ideally looking for someone who is similarly considerate, organised and easy to live with. The room is tastefully furnished and offers plenty of privacy, while the rest of the house provides a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.

Private parking is available and the home stays quiet and well-kept. A minimum stay of six months is required. Credit checks and references will be preferred, though a guarantor can be accepted where needed. One month’s rent in advance and a £625 deposit will be required.
