Room to let in period town house

Room to let in period town house, very close to the town center. The room is situated at the back of the property with a shared bathroom next door to the room. I am self employed beauty therapist and work from home. I have a horse, two elderly cats and a small friendly dog. Absolutely no couples, although it is a double size room it has a single bed to give more space. I am a quiet, private person and my home is a very tranquil space. Any potential tenant would need to be professional and of a similar disposition, respectful, quiet, very tidy and particular with hygiene standards, and must be an animal lover.
