Bedsit - Refurbished (Single Occupancy)

We have a fully refurbished, small, SINGLE OCCUPANCY bedsit available NOW.

With total privacy, this facility offers a small private kitchen with induction hob, lounge/bedroom and en-suite shower room and toilet. In addition to this bedsit, a tenant can utilise some of the facilities which are available in the adjoining main house (HMO).

SINGLE OCCUPANCY. This property is for one person only.

The bedsit is serviced by electricity only, there is no gas. Your electricity is on a pre-pay meter - you only pay for what you use. In addition to our room charge, you are responsible for additional costs to include electric (as mentioned), TV licence (if required), water and council tax.

This bedsit is around 3 years old, with small galley kitchen, en-suite bathroom, and a main area which serves as the bedroom/lounge. We understand that there is a live phone line to the bedsit, if you require broadband this would be by personal arrangement and cost. The galley kitchen features a small induction hob, cupboards and a fridge. Tenants would need to supply their own small microwave/cooker.

Payment of the deposit will secure the room (subject to references). The bedsit adjoins the main house where we have rooms let to individuals, however, this bedsit is entirely self contained and private.
