Ready to be let from 24th August (willing to wait for a little while for the right person). It would be nice to meet for a chat to make sure it's right for both of us.
King size bed, bed side tables, large fitted wardrobe and a set of drawers all provided.
It includes all bills though a gamer may need the internet upgrading which may come at an additional cost.
It is a 3 bed house, but the box room is used as a bedroom for a rabbit and my office.
I'm open to pets as long as they can get on with the rabbits as I know it's so hard to find somewhere that takes pets.
If you need to know anything else please feel free to ask. I'll add pictures in the next day or two.
