I am a live-in Female Landlord who has 2 bedrooms to rent in a 3 bedroom
Semi - Detached house in Mountsorrel. Each occupier will have exclusive
use of a furnished bedroom and share facilities of bathroom, lounge ,
kitchen and dining conservatory. There is off road parking for one car
and also on street parking in a quiet cul de sac . I expect to be away from
the property for long periods so I require 2 responsible female friends to look
after the property. The Landlord will pay full council tax ( band C)and it is expected that other bills will be shared .This is a great opportunity for two professional friends who are in employment to share a house which is ideally located between Loughborough and Leicester.
