Room to let in Mountsorrel on a short term basis

The lodger will have exclusive use of a double bedroom in a 3 bed house.
There will be shared use of a bathroom, lounge , kitchen and dining
area . There is off road parking . The female owner is away for long periods
so I want someone responsible to look after the house . Please note this is a short term let on a month by month basis .
References and deposit required. The rent will include most bills, ie council
tax and utility bills.
The property will be available at the end of March on a month by month
