We have a double fully furnished room to rent within our family home. We are situated in enderby leicester. Close to santander and next so contractors are welcome. It is within our family although our children no longer live at home. We have 2 cats and a dog which can of course be locked out of your own personal space . You will have full use of all facilities lounge area for tv including sky. Study area kitchen and bathroom of course as well as a garden if the weather permits lol. Washing machine and tumble drier and wifi also available and included within the monthly so no additional bills We believe we are easy to live with and do hope any candidate would be happy sharing with us along with myself and husband we also have 1 other lodger. The rental is 375 per calender month with a deposit of 350 . Both must be paid before moving in. The deposit will be returned back to you when you vacate the property as long as 1 month notice given on rent day (so the day u move in will become rent day each month and notice must be given on that day of the month) and the deposit will be returned on that condition and if room is left how you found it.
