1 Double bedroom in Narborough, Leicestershire

I am living in a 3 bed property, located in Narborough, LE19 2FY and looking for a short term housemate (can be extended if suited well to the property and myself)

Double bed room with shared bathroom and living space. 3rd bedroom is a spare room for guests/ office work space if required. The house could do with a little bit of work i. e the garden tidying but other than that it is very ideal.

Male or female, and must be ok with living with dogs, as I have a crazy little spaniel puppy! Non-smoker please.

I am a full-time emergency service worker so would prefer someone who is also a professional/ can be considerate of shift work.

Really good location with easy access to the M69 and M1. Fosse Park is about 10 minutes drive. And close to the house there is a number of pubs, corner shops and nice walks.
