Large rooms on working farm

We have three large rooms to rent in our rural farmhouse, on an organic farm.
The rooms are fully furnished and have a desk and sofa in each. These three rooms share a bathroom.
Ours is a busy house with lots of things going on.
There is an old dog and a young Cat that are allowed into the kitchen but not around the house, they do spend most of their time outside.
We would prefer tenants that go out to work rather than working from home, previously we have had staff from local universities, mature students and contractors.
