A lovely room in the family house

We are looking for a student or professional person to share the house with us , but this is in the one bedroom flat which is attached to our house. We have a small dog ( Cocapoo) which is very loving. Me , my husband, my 14 year old son and another student also live in this house. It’s a detached house and you will have an en-suite bathroom to your self. My house has a lovely happy environment and people who have lived with us before have had a nice experience.
