Double room in a 2 bedrooms flat in Oadby

Hello, my name is Martina and I am looking for a flatmate to share a two bedroom flat from next month (20th of April)

The house is in Oadby (LE2 5BF), on The Parade and close to shops, gyms and groceries stores (Asda, Lidl, M&S). There is a bus stop right outside the building that goes straight to University of Leicester (10 min) or the city center (20 min).

The house rent is: £440/month excluding bills which usually are around £120/month (council tax, internet and electricity).

I can describe myself as a very tidy and clean person. I am friendly and easy going, I like to chat and socialise but also quiet and respectful of other people space if needed. I like cooking, travelling and learn about other cultures (I can speak English, Spanish and I am studying Arabic). I love reading, playing badminton and I have a thing for pets and animals in general.
