I live in a lovely, spacious, happy and homely apartment in Oadby and I’m looking for someone likeminded to move in with me and call it home too…

My friend has just moved out to live with her boyfriend. The room is ready for move in whenever suits you, however I would prefer sooner rather than later as it’s not much fun living alone 😅

The room is a medium size with space for a double bed etc and is unfurnished. It has great natural light with a window which has a blind fitted. Your room also comes with a large walk-in wardrobe which is fitted with a clothes rail and other storage furniture,
so lots of storage space for your things! ☺️

The room is £650per month which includes all bills including rent, council tax, water, gas, electricity, WIFI, TV Licence, Netflix, NOW TV, Paramount Plus & Amazon Prime. The deposit is half a month’s rent upfront, £325.

The property has free on-road parking, is walking distance to Lidl, Starbucks, 2 x Gyms and ‘The Parade’ which is Oadby’s high street - it has everything you could ever need.

The apartment is two bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a bath & powerful shower, a large open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and dining space. The kitchen has fitted appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, gas hob, fridge and freezer as well as a microwave and kettle. Everything within our shared areas are for your use… please make yourself at home ✨

We also have a large roof terrace which has outdoor seating and sun loungers, it’s the perfect outdoor spot for anyone who loves to be outside all summer! 🌞

The property has 3 other apartments and each of our neighbours are lovely, caring and friendly females. I have lived here for four years and over the years we’ve become friends… never underestimate having good neighbours. 💕

I’ve just turned 30, I work at a creative marketing agency in Leicester city centre but do work 2 days from home a week, I go to the gym most days and enjoy binge watching TV in the winter / sunbathing and being outside on our terrace all summer. 🙋🏼‍♀️

I'm a very relaxed, clean, tidy, fun, respectful and kind person who has previously always lived with flat mates who have all become friends for life. I am single and do not have a partner, so no need for you to worry about having people stay over often. However, I'm totally happy if you do. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed for guest use every now and again. 💕

I'd like to find a female who's looking for a double room in Leicester who's happy to socialise together watching tv or relaxing outside on the sun terrace, as well as respect each others space.

I'm from London and moved to Leicester four years ago for work, I do try to visit my family once a month for a weekend so there will be times when you'll have the apartment to yourself to enjoy. ☺️
