Hello, We have a downstairs bedroom available for rent in our property. Its a 4 bedroom property, based near University of Leicester oadby village. There is a very good gym within walking distance as well as university sports facilites. The house is approximately 3 miles from the city centre but there is also Oadby town centre with shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets ie Asda, M&S, Waitrose and Sainsbury's close by. Stoneygate is 1.5 miles away - a exclusive shopping area with cafes, designer shops and restaurants.

The double en-suite room is currently available. Use of WiFi internet service and washer/dryer are included. There is ample parking space on road. The house is very sociable, friendly and clean. Privacy is respected at all times.
