Rent includes all bills, sky & internet (rent can potentially be negotiated). It's a two bedroom terrace house with a living room joined to the kitchen and a separate dining room. It has a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom, a small laundry room and a shed outside where there will be an extra freezer. The garden is a reasonable size and there is currently some gym equipment. The available bedroom is a double and the house is fully furnished. I have two cats and I'm home most evenings and weekends.
