I'm a very clean living, fun loving, considerate person. I am quite fussy and would expect who ever moves in to feel similar and treat my home as they would their own basically to have respect and leave things as they're found.

Oadby is a lovely, vibrant, busy village with a wide range of facilities. The house is literally a two minute walk to the parade of shops, a five minute walk to the leisure centre and swimming pool and several very good restaurants and takeaway places. It has everything a person needs and more. The buses run frequently into the city centre, to the hospital and train station with the bus stop being on the corner what could be easier.

There's room for parking on the drive also.

The house is a new build very light and airy and the location is so convenient with great neighbours.
