I have a double bedroom to rent in a large shared house in oakham, it has 2 separate living rooms, large conservatory, utility room, good size garden with decking & BBQ, off road parking, house is fully furnished and has washing machine, tumble dryer, range cooker etc so it's ready to go, bedroom is not furnished but all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plenty of space around the house and two tv rooms so you don't have to watch the same if preferred.
