Single Room To Let

Single room in first floor flat located in Oakham close to Station, town centre and local pubs/restaurants. Double room available for slightly higher price if required. Use of shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Off road parking. Bills and broadband included. Single room is quite small with single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table. I am in the flat during the week but I live away so not there at weekends and often away on business. Would be happy with either a 7 day let or Mon - Fri.
