Close to East Midlands airport and Loughborough University.
Osgathorpe is ideally located for somebody who needs to commute as both the M1 and M42 are only 4 miles away.
East Midlands Parkway and Loughborough train station also only 20 minutes drive.
I do have 2 very friendly beagles and a cat so you must like pets.

I have Sky tv with Netflix and very good broadband.
Would prefer a Monday to Friday let but not a deal breaker.
