Large double room + ensuite in Quorn - short let

Lovely large double bedroom with ensuite shower room available from 9/9/24 until beg Dec 24 (11 -12 weeks) whilst the landlady is away.
The bedroom has 2 large windows overlooking the front garden, a very comfortable double bed, 2 large chests of drawers, hanging rail and TV. The ensuite has a toilet, wash basin and electric shower.
The room is in a 4 bed modern and well maintained detached house in Quorn in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac, near a small lake. You would be sharing the house with my other lodgers and George the cat.
You would have shared use of all the communal areas and facilities including lounge with smart TV, office/sitting room with desk, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, downstairs cloakroom, washing machine & drying cupboard and garden. Fast internet with Virgin Media.
Quorn is a lovely village and has a good range of shops, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and other attractions such as the steam railway just 5-10 min walk from the house and it is only 2 miles to Loughborough. There are regular buses to Loughborough & Leicester & I have bicycles available too.
We are a friendly, happy household, strictly non smoking, and we would want somebody who could fit well into this environment.
Couples will be considered but the price would increase to £200/week
Ideally I am looking for someone for the full duration for the specific dates given but I will consider stays of over 4 weeks
