Looking for a roommate to take the spare room in my house, ideally someone who is clean, quiet and respectful. It would be great to find someone with a similar vibe who I get on with, so the house feels relaxed and comfortable rather than just a shared space.

Optionally I also attend a weekly board game night with friends which you’re welcome to join in with.

The room is spacious, recently redecorated with new carpet, and fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk, freestanding wardrobe, and a built-in wardrobe.

You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave. There’s a cosy living room with a 55 inch tv, a main bathroom upstairs, a separate toilet downstairs, and a garden with outdoor seating – perfect for relaxing.
