Bright double room - Relaxed, Friendly Home

Looking for a roommate to take the spare room in my house on a Monday to Friday basis (with flexibility for 7 days for the right person). You’ll be sharing with just me.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone clean, quiet and respectful, but also easy-going. It would be great to find someone with a similar vibe so the house feels relaxed and comfortable rather than just a place to stay.

I also attend a weekly board game night with friends which you’d be very welcome to join if that’s your thing.

The Room
A spacious, recently redecorated room with new carpet, fully furnished with:

The House
You’ll have access to:

* Fully equipped kitchen (large fridge freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster)

* Main bathroom upstairs + separate downstairs toilet
* Garden with outdoor seating

Location

* Around 10 minutes from the M1, making it ideal for commuters
* Great access to local walking routes and cycling trails, perfect if you enjoy getting outdoors

* 125mb broadband (with direct connection available in the bedroom)

Other Details

* Parking available on the drive and on the street
* Monday to Friday preferred, but open to full-time for the right person
