Double room for rent

Live in landlord. Renting out my spare room, has to get on with my doggy (meet before we agree). Location is rothley right near a bus stop and co op and not far to Leicester or Loughborough. I am smoker - but only outside. My house is a calm house so don’t want someone who has parties or drinks all of the time. My spare room has lots of space for a wardrobe which I can get on request or if you have your own you can use that. Double bed and brand new mattress provided also. Cupboard space in the kitchen and use of the fridge and freezer. Garden and use of the lounge/Netflix.
