Lovely room in Rothley

Hi,
I’m Kirsty and I own a lovely two bed terraced house in Rothley. It’s newly refurbished and with a landscaped garden.

I will be starting a new job in London so will spend a few days a week down there so I’m looking for someone to rent my spare room. You’ll have the whole house to yourself for much of the time but I will be back on weekends and some days of the week depending on my schedule.

I’m looking for a professional or mature student/PHD student. Someone who is looking to stay in a lovely home that is kept clean & tidy and in a friendly town, close to pubs, cafes and shops.

I’m an active person so if I’m not working, I’m playing tennis, going to the gym, running or out in nature somewhere. I also enjoy heading to the pub for a couple drinks, good food and listening to live music. I’m an avid traveller too.

Open to a Monday-Friday let too.
