Hello! Available is a large double bedroom and your own private bathroom in a relatively new semi-detached home in a quiet street near the center of Rothley, with ample parking available. I am looking for a weekday only (i. e. Monday - Friday; 4 nights per week).

I'm a consultant and work away from home during the week, returning some weekends. This means that you will have the benefit of largely having the house to yourself during the week. This also means that you'd be trusted to my home, and therefore it is important to me that you are someone who takes pride in their home, will look after it, but will also enjoy a relaxing home environment!

The room will also come with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and bedside table, and your own bathroom with shower/bath.

Rent is £460 including all bills and council tax, with additional nights on an exception only basis at £25/night.

For couples, the rate would be £750/month.
