I have 2 double bedrooms to rent in my 4 bed detached house located in a beautiful and friendly rural village. There is a bathroom for use by the occupants of both rented double bedrooms (I have my own ensuite), there is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Downstairs there is a large modern kitchen dinning area which is a shared space, fully kitted out with all equipment and utensils, and large sliding glass doors leading out onto a well kept garden area with beautiful view and patio. There is also a shared lounge area.

There is parking for 2 cars on the drive and plenty of safe street parking opposite the house if needed.

There is Skylink broadband to the property included.

Any potential occupants must be comfortable with a dog, as I have a much loved cocker spaniel at home.

The village is in a rural area with farmland and grazing on all sides. There are many beautiful walks from the house and in the nearby areas, and a friendly and active village pub over the road.

Couples are welcome but rent will be adjusted (TBD)
